New Officers for a New Year

Silver Age Heroes now has officers!

They are there to help new players and veterans alike, induct new members when they ask for an invite (if other members don't put out that introdcution first), help keep the tone of our League playful and peaceful, and help maintain the reputation of Silver Age Heroes as a friendly league whether we're dealing with each other or with PUG groups or /shouts.

In those rare instances when they find a player who can't - or won't live up - to the great standards that you have all so marvelously have helped us establish, they have the authority to remove that member.

However, as I have mentioned elsewhere, SAH will NEVER TOLERATE: Racism, anti-Semitism, gaybashing, sexism, or members who are just verbally abusive of others.

And who will watch the watchers? You will. Because no one should ever live "above the rules" please send an in-game email to SolarEnergy Man or Perfect Lady in those rare instances when you think any of our officers go "too far" or are unreasonable. Our officers are only here to help and, for the most part should remain virtually invisible in-game - that is, until you need them. I have played with each of them, and in my thoughtful opinion, we will have nothing to fear on this count.

So with that said, let me introduce our new officers (in no particular order): Gustive/Ghizmo, The Goblin, Chuck Finley/Burt Reynolds, Constructus, Innha Moria, DeusIterfector, Pan Mangestus, Canadian Justice, Metashock, Stargurl and Charles Bronson.
P.S. Only members who literally stepped forward and asked to be officers were considered. However, there were so many good-natured SAH-ers who did step forward that not everyone could be included. My deep appreciation to everyone who applied. You know who you are.
